SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING (SIL)
Our aim is to assist our clients to live as independently as possible while building their daily living skills.
SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION
Our short-term accommodation is designed to be a home away from home, where the main focus is for us to provide tailored personal care service for our clients throughout the day.
ALLIED HEALTH/THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT
We provide all kinds of Therapeutic Support for children and adults with disability or development delays. The programmes can be tailor-made for individual needs.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
We support our clients and families to participate and contribute to social and economic life. Our support workers will accompany and assist our clients to attend social events/ activities and appointments.
COMMUNITY NURSING CARE
We have nurses who are trained in a whole range of community nursing care. We can assist a range of clients from children to specialized adult care.
DAILY LIFE SUPPORT ASSISTANCE
We are able to assist our clients with a wide range of activities in their day-to-day lives. From household routines to transportation services, we want to support our clients to live well.
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT
We work with your existing plan, or our support team will help develop and manage a plan to implement tailored care for challenging behaviours.

We were founded by two registered nurses who specialised in critical care areas and community health. We have a combined 20 years of experience in nursing in Brisbane.
