Livewell Care Services was founded by two registered nurses with extensive experience in critical care areas and community health. With over 20 years of combined experience in nursing in Brisbane, we understand the importance of delivering care that takes into account each person’s beliefs, culture, heritage, gender and identity.

We are passionate about delivering person-centered care that focuses on participants’ strengths, abilities, and unique skills! We believe everyone should be involved in decision making regarding any care they receive.
